AOL Music's summer event, Battle of the Bands, can be a huge reputation booster for a band. Fans just like you vote for which band is the better of the two bands competing. In Def Leppard's case, though, there is no need for a reputation increase. Having knocked-out bands like Motley Crue in Round 4 (the Crue with 47% and Def Leppard with 53%), their current battle with Sir Paul McCartney seems like a nice cruise.
